Watergy is a term coined by the Alliance to Save Energy that refers to the technical and managerial improvement in water and wastewater systems that can be adopted to make the most out of these precious resources. This presentation is based on a report published by the Alliance to Save Energy and was given by the report's lead author, Judith A. Barry during River Rally 2007. The presentation focuses on what types of improvement can be implemented in water and wastewater systems--before the water reaches your tap--to save significant amounts of both water and energy. This is especially relevant to water utility managers and anyone interested in improving water infrastructure efficiency. Presenter: Judith A. Barry from the Alliance to Save Energy.
