Ohio’s Clean Water SRF program, the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF), is administered under Section 6111.036 of the Ohio Revised Code. Rules that support the implementation of parts of the WPCLF can be found at Ohio Administrative Code 3745-150.
The WPCLF finances projects for planning, design, and construction of projects that improve the quality of water resources. A sub-program, the Water Resource Restoration Sponsor Program (WRRSP) was created in 2000.
