Barb Horn
Barb Horn (CO), has worked for over 15 years as a Habitat Biologist with the Colorado Division of Wildlife. In the mid 1980s, Barb started the Colorado River Watch program – a school-based volunteer monitoring program that has grown to include over 100 schools throughout the state. Additionally, Barb worked with other coordinators to initiate the Rocky Mountain Watersheds Volunteer Network, a collaborative effort designed to share experiences among volunteer groups in the Rocky Mountain region.
