Daniel is a housing advocate, artist, organizer and now Managing Director of The HUUB – an established anchor institution constantly pursuing social justice and working to improve the situation for individuals, families and businesses across Orange. Daniel is a lifelong resident of Newark, NJ—and has worked on housing policy, advocating for both housing and environmental justice in the East Ward of the city where rapid riverfront development threatens affordable housing. He also recently participated in the Urban Waters Learning Network’s Equitable Development collaborative.
